TUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGER

-Trusted in Food, Pharma and Process Industries
What is a Tubular Heat Exchanger ?
Tubular Heat Exchangers are robust and highly efficient thermal transfer devices designed to handle a wide range of fluids — from clean liquids to viscous, particulate-laden, or fouling-prone media. They consist of one or more inner tubes enclosed within an outer shell, allowing for indirect heat exchange between two fluids with minimal cross-contamination.

Why Choose a Tubular Heat Exchanger?
This type of exchanger is especially well-suited for hygienic processes in the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in chemical, wastewater, and energy applications where reliability, cleanability, and high thermal performance are essential.

Key Advantages
• Excellent cleanability – suitable for CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems
• High resistance to fouling – ideal for viscous or fiber-rich fluids
• Wide material options – SS304, SS316L, titanium, etc.
• Sanitary designs – available with polished surfaces and hygienic connections
• Modular and customizable – lengths, diameters, and flow paths can be tailored to process needs

Hygienic Polishing for Food-Grade Applications
To meet the stringent hygiene requirements of the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, all product-contact surfaces of our heat exchangers are treated with sanitary-grade polishing to ensure smooth, crevice-free surfaces that are easy to clean and resistant to microbial buildup.

Surface Finish Specifications:
• Internal surface roughness (Ra): ≤ 0.6 μm (typical: 0.4 μm)
• External surface roughness (Ra): ≤ 1.0 μm (optional)
• Polishing method: Mechanical polishing or Electropolishing (for enhanced hygiene)
