AIR DRYER technology
Integrated compact heat exchangers for refrigerated compressed-air dryers, moisture removal and efficient air reheating.

Working principle
Warm compressed air is first precooled by outgoing dry air, then cooled by the refrigeration circuit below its dew point. Condensed moisture is separated before the cold dry air returns through the recovery section for reheating.
Engineering explained
Product imagery is paired with technical context so buyers and engineers can understand construction, flow path and configuration—not just the exterior.

The integrated process cools compressed air below its dew point, separates condensate and recovers cold energy to reheat the outgoing dry air.

Published HEXNOVAS selection range at 35°C air inlet, 7 barg and 3°C dew point. AL14, AL26 and AL95 are product platforms; the bracketed numbers in a selected model designation identify its heat-recovery and evaporator plate configuration. Final selection depends on inlet temperature, flow, pressure, refrigerant and target dew point.
