Product imagery is paired with technical context so buyers and engineers can understand construction, flow path and configuration—not just the exterior.
01
Reinforced high-pressure construction
The brazed stainless plate pack is clamped between external carbon-steel pressure frames using distributed tie rods and fasteners to withstand extreme refrigerant pressure.
02
Compact brazed plate pack inside the frame
Inside the reinforcement structure, alternating corrugated channels retain the compact counter-current heat-transfer principle used by the BPHE family.

Frequently asked questions
Key questions before product selection.
How does Ultra-High-Pressure Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers work?
Copper-brazed stainless plates are contained by reinforced external carbon-steel frames. The structure supports the thin corrugated plate pack under extreme refrigerant pressure while retaining compact heat-transfer channels.
What information is required to select the right product?
Provide refrigerant, operating and design pressures, temperatures, phase condition, capacity, pressure drop, connection requirements and applicable approval standard.
The final size is confirmed by thermal calculation using flow rates, inlet and outlet temperatures, allowable pressure drop, design pressure and fluid properties.
