STAINLESS BRAZED

PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER- Pure stainless, More Hygienic. More Durable
What is a Stainless Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (All-Stainless)?
A Stainless Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger, in its all-stainless configuration, is a type of compact heat exchanger where both the heat transfer plates and the brazing material are made of stainless steel. Unlike conventional brazed plate heat exchangers that use copper or nickel as the filler material, this design uses stainless steel-based brazing (typically via vacuum brazing) to ensure superior corrosion resistance in aggressive media.

Advantages:
• 100% Metal Compatibility
• Exceptional Corrosion Resistance
• No Galvanic Corrosion Risk
• High Pressure & Temperature Ratings
• Hygienic & Clean Media Handling
Typical Applications:
• Chemical and pharmaceutical process systems
• Semiconductor cooling & ultra-pure water loops
• Food & beverage processing
• Marine, desalination, and brine applications
• Corrosive process cooling loops
